AN ORDINANCE WAIVING YARD RE6;,UIREiwENT6 ON PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF FOURTEENTH AND BATTERY STREETS;
AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FUR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT OnDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK,
ARKAN 5A5:
SECTION 1. That the yard requirements embodied in.
the terns of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, of the ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, are hereby waived to - permit the
owners of property located on the Northeast corner of Fourteenth
and Battery Streets in the construction of an apartment building
thereon to extend the building line to within thirteen and
one -half feet of the property line on Fourteenth Street as the
proposed front of said property and to within five feet of the
north property line as the proposed rear of said property.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 be and the same
is hereby amended to permit the construction of the proposed
apartment building as outlined herein.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
oe in force from and after its passage and approval.
