FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLL ROCX PAYABLE TO THE PULASKI COUNTY
DEPARTl N'T OF PUBLIC WELFARE, AND FOR OTHER PURP05ES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE RUCK, ARKAN6A6:
SECTION 1. There is hereby-apgropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Two Hundred
and Forty ( §24U.OU) Dollars, as the City's contribution toward
the salary expense of workers employed by the Pulaski County
Department of Public Welfare in investigations of Federal Food
Stamp recipients.
SECTION 2. The mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed 'to issue the City's warrant in the
sum of Two Hundred and Forty Dollars, drawn upon the General
Fund of the City, for the purposes herein recited, and payable
to the Pulaski County Department of Public Welfare.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
