AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE A BUILDING
PERMIT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING
ON THE WEST FIFTY (50) FEET OF LOTS FOUR (4), FIVE (5), AND
SIX (6), BLOCK TWENTY TWO' L42), WRIGHT'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCKJAMENDING Q ANCE NUMBER 542:0 AS AMENDED, AND

FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
S4ction 1. The City Engineer is hereby directed to issue sa
building permit for thefrection of a multiple family dwelling on
the west fifty feet of Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block Twenty Two (22),
Wright's Addition to the City of.Little Rock, Arkansa.s.
Section 2. The lot area and yard requirements imposed under
the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 ms amended, are hereby waived

in so tar as they conflict with the creation Asaid multiple
family dwelling mentioned in Section One of this Ordinance;
and Ordinance No. 542A as amended is hereby further amended to
correspond with said waiver.
Section S. The City Council has determined and it- is hereby
declared that all the prerequisites to the passage of this
ordinance have been complied with in connection herewith, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
