ORDINANCE NO. 624o.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED,
WAIVING YARD REQUIREMENTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX
APARTMENT ON LOT 14, BLOCK 4, RIFFLE AND RHOTEN RIDGELAND
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO ISSUE A BUILDING PERMIT TO PERMIT THE CON -
STRUCTION OF A DUPLEX APARTMENT ON SAID PREMISES; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1. The yard requirements under Ordinance No.
5420 as applicable to Lot fourteen (14). Block four (4),
Riffle and Rhoten Ridg-eland addition in the City of Little
Rook are hereby waived, and the building commissioner is
hereby directed to issue a building permit to alloy the
demolition of a filling station now located on said pro-
perty and to allow the ereotion of a duplex apartment
consisting of four (4) principal rooms in each apartment.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby amended in
accordance with the provisions of Section.l of this ordinance.
Section 3. The direction to the buildi -ng commissioner
at out in Section l of this ordinance to issue a permit is
conditioned, however, -on a compliance by the property owner
and /or contractor with all the requirements of the other
ordinances of the City of Little Rook and the laws of the
State of Arkansas.
