AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY KNOWN AS
LOTS SIX (6) AND SEVEN (7) IN BLOC4 NINE (9), HILLCREST
ADDITION; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That property known as Lots Six (6)
and Seven (7), Block Nine (9), Hillcrest Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as
one - family "A" District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in the two - family "C" District, under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
1,91ap thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and re- zoning of said Lots Six
(6) and Seven (7), Block Nine (9), Hillcrest Addition as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the two - family "C" Distinct.
SECTION 3. That the Council has determined, at a
public hearing held on July 7L 1941, , and it is hereby
declared that all the pre - requisites to the passage of this or-
dinance have been complied with in connection herewith, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval,
