AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE DEMOCRAT PRINTING AND LITHOGRAPHING
COMPANY TO PURCHASE CERTAIN SUPPLIES FOR USE BY THE GARBAGE
DEPARTMENT: RATIFYING THE ACTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
IN TAKING BIDS FOR S&ID SUPPLIES: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
,IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
enter into a contract with the Democrat ftiliting and Litho-
graphing Company to furnish for the use of the Garage Depart -

ment at a cos PTwo Hundred Twenty Four Dollars Fifteen Cents
($224.15) the following supplies:
20000 Statement forms
20000 Envelopes
20000 Two color, Four page folders (copy to be fur-
nished later)
Section 2. The action of the Board of Public Affairs in
advertising for bids for said supplies is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
