AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
CEMETERY TO CLOSE ANA -- VACATE CERTAIN STREETS, DRIVEWAYS, OR
! PASSAGEWAYS Ir. OAKhTAl�]11 CEMETERY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Commissioners of alcll6din Cemetery
rt afire hereby authorized to close and vacate any and all streets,
driveways, or passageways now within the limits of indu Cemetery
when and as in.their discretion it is desirable that such streets,
driveways, or passageways be closed or vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
