AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF MONEY FOR PAYMENTS OF
MATURING PRINCIPAL, SEMI- ANNUAL INTEREST , AND PAYING AGENTS CHARGES
DUE SEPTEMBER 1ST , 1941 ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOND ISSUES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
various funds of the City of Little Rock the sums of money as herein
rt.clled for payment of the City's obligations on various bond re-
quirements clue September 1st, 1941, as follows:
Five per cent Sinking Fund - Airport, Fire Equipment and
Hospital Bonds:
Maturing Principal $14,000.00
Semi- annual Interest 10,9 0.00
Paying Agent's Charges I� .

Airport Sinking Fund - 2% Airport Improvement Bonds:

transmittal of these funds to the proper paying agents to meet the due

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
