AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE STTT,` OF TY -10 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00)
OUT OF TUE GENERAL FUNDS OF THEE CIT'I OF LITTLE ROCK,AhTD DIRECTING
PAYMENT THEREOF TO C. P. NEWTON, COUNTY JUDGE, FOR THE PURPOSE
OF REMODELING TFE OFFICES OF T? -E SURPLUS MARKETING ADIdINISTRATION.
WHEREAS, the Food Stamp Issuing Office of the Surplus Market-
ing Administration is performing useful and valuable services for
; jafiio,u$ cAtize.4s of Little Rock, and
WHEREAS, the efficient prosecution of their efforts is
desirable to the City of Little Rock, and
WHEREAS, the offices in which food stamp issuing is located
need remodeling,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section'l. The sum of Two Hundred Dollars (4200.00) is
hereby appropriated out of the general funds of the Cit,.r of
Little Rock; said warrant of the city to be made payable to
C. P. Newton,. County Judge of Pulaski County, to be used for the
purpose of remodeling the offices of the Food Stamp Issuing Office
of the Surplus Marketing Administration now located at 108 Sherman
Street in the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the warrant of the city in accordance with Section 1 of
this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
