Any person, firm, or corporation who shall carry passengers for hire into or out of the Little Rock municipal Airport is hereby required as a prerequisite to such carriage of passengers j for hire to have in full force and effect public liability insurance of not less than Ten Thousand Dollars (;p10,000.00) for one accident and Five Thousand Dollars (w5000.00) for one person, property damage hinsurance of not less than One Thousand Dollars (:1000.00), and Gpassenger liability insurance of not less than Ten Thousand Dollars (;10,000.00) for one accident or Five Thousand Dollars (w5000.00) for one person. Such policies shall be with a corporate insurer authorized to do business in the State of Arkansas, and the person, firm, or corporation so carrying passengers for hire must, before making any flights.into and from the Little Rock Airport with i j passengers for hire, exhibit to the manager of the airport their i policy or policies, and the manager is hereby required to keep a record of such policies.. i Section 2. It is contemplated that such policies shall be of a standard form type. Section 3. The violation of this ordinance is hereby declared i to be a misdemeanor and any person who upon conviction thereof in the Little Rock Municipal Court is found guilty of such misdemeanor shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). C Section 4. If any part, phrase, clause, section, or subsection i k of this ordinance be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The Cit-, Council,hereby declares that it would have passed the remaining parts of this ordinance if it had knowhthat such part, phrase, clause, section or subsection would be declared unconstitutional.
