AN ORDINANCE AU'`HORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
CONDUCT AN APPROPRIATE EXA11INATION AND TO EMPLOY IN TE
I 'TER PROVID ;D BY LA«i AN ARCHITECT TO DRAS" PLANS FOR A GARAGE
AND UTILITY BUILDING AT THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT,
FIXING THE CONDITIONS OF El�,!PLOYMENT, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID
SERVICr;S SHALL BE PAID OUT OF THE AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOBES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to conduct an appropriate examination and, based therecq
and in the manner provided. by law, to employ an architect to
dray: plans and supervise the construction of a garage and
utility building at the Little Rock h.unicipal Airport.
SECTION 2. The fees that shall become due to the
architect employed under Section 1 of this ordinance shall
be paid out of the Airport Construction Fund, provided, ho,,vever,
that any fees to become due under this ordinance shall be cond.itiod

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
