AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
A 001TRACT `VITH THE COUNTY JUDGE OF PDLASEV OOVITY
FOR THE 1fEEPINa OF CITY PRISONERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKS SASs
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorised
and *=powered to enter into a contract with the County
Judge of Pulaski County for the keeping of City
prisoners.
Section 2. ♦ copy of the proposed contract�
is here presented and is hereby approved.
