AN ORDINA CE TO AMEND SECTION 155 OF ORDINANCE NO. 4866 OF THE
ORDINANCES 0 F THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKAN SASS
section 19 Section 155 of Ordinance No. 4866 of the Ordinanoss
of the City of Little Rook is hereby amended to read an follows$
*Sea. 155. GARAGES COMBINED WITH OTHER OCCUPANCIES.
1. DWELLINGS.- No public garage* shall be hereafter*
located within or attached to a building* occupied as
a dwelling *.
2. OTHER BUILDINGS00 No garage *, either public or private,
shall be hereafter* located or attached to any other
building* unless it is separated from the same by fire -
partitions, and fireproof* floors and ceilings* There
shall be no openings communicating directly with the
interior of the building *. Openings to the outer air
shall be equipped with fire windows or fire doors when
within thirty (30) feet of any other opening, not in
the same plane."
Section 2e-This ordinance shall be in full forve and
effect hn and after it's passage and approval.
