AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE AND RECEIVE BIDS FOR MUNICIPAL COURT DOCKETS;
ONE ASPHALT PTRIP; AND AUTOMOBILE LICENSE STICKERS FOR
THE YEAR 1942.
SECTION 1: The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized to
advertise for and receive bids for the following:
1. Municipal Couat Dockets
2. Motor Driven Asphalt pump
3. Automobile License Stickers for the year 1942.
The Board of Public Affairs is further authorized to contract for
the purchase of said equipment or so much thereof as may be nec-
essary from the lowest and most responsible bidder.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS: said equipment is needbd immediately in or-
,- - der to properly serve the people of Little Rock, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance is found to be necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and
safety, and the same shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
