AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
ARKANSAS !,!USEULT OF NATURAL HISTORY AND ANTIaUITIES TO
INSTALL A TELEPHONE IN SAID MUSEUM A14D APPROPRIATING THE
MONEY NECESSARY TO PROVIDE SUCH TELEPHONE SERVICE, DIRECTING
THE IaIAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ISSUE THE 'WARRANTS IN PAYMENT
THE: _EOF , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TH' CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas
Museum of Natural Idstory and Antiquities is hereby
authorized to install in said museum a telephone to furnish
telephone service to said museum.
Section 2. The sum of Three Dollars and Tv,enty
Five Cents U')3.25) as installation charge and the sum of
Eight Dollars ($8.00) per month in payment of maintetance
of said telephone service are hereby appropriated out of
the general funds of the City of Little Rock.
Section 3. The %:jayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed jo issue the warrants of the City
in payment of the amount set forth in Section 2 of this
ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force aid
effect from and. afte :- its passage and a- Dproval.
