AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OFI ENIOR DRIVER IN THE
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SANITATION, 9ARBAGE DIVISION: FIXING
THE SALARY AT ONE HUNDRED T'"ENTY DOLLARS PER 170NTH: DEFINING
THE DUTIES OF THE POSITION: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF LITTLE POCK , ARKANSAS.
Section 1. There is hereby created the position of
senior driver in the garbage division of the Department
of Health and Sanitation.
Section 2. The salary for the position of senior driver
created in Section 1 hereof is hereby fixed at One Fundred
Twenty Dollars (4120.00) per month.
Section 3. The senior driver shall substitute as driver
in the absence of any regular driver on any route and such
other duties as shall flom time to time be specified. by the
City Health Officer or his authorized representative.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after ids passage and approval.
