AN ORDINANCE TO WAIVE REAR YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 116 AND 120 NORTH CLEVIIrAND STREET, DESCRIBED AS
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 7, FOREST PARK ADDITION;
AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE FOCK,
ARKANSAS:
r a tin 1. That the. 4 apace requirements under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 of the ordinances. of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas are hereby waived on property located at
1916 and 1820 North Cleveland Street; described as Lots 3 and 4,
in Block 7, Forest Park Addition, to , permit the construction of
a one - family residence to within five (5) feet of the rear property .,
line of said property.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the ordinances of the
City of Little Rock is hereby amended to permit the waiver of rear
yard space requirements on said property as outlined in Section 1
hereof.
Section 3. It is hereby determined that all prerequisites,
to the passage of this ordinance have been compled with, and this
ordinance shall be in force from and after its passage.
