AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE PAVING WIDTH OF NORTH ARTHUR
STREET FROM KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD TO "V" STREET, IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
j BE IT ORDAIN BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSASs
Section 1. The paving width of North Arthur Street from
Kavanaugh Boulevard north to "V"' Street, in the city of
Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby fixed and established at
twenty -six (26) feet from curb to curb, such curbs to be
of roll -type construction.
Section 2. This ordimanoe shall be in full force and ef-
foot from and after its passage and approval,
