AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
WATER WORKS TO INSTALL TWO FIRE HYDRANTS ON AN
EXISTING WATER MAIN IN NORTH PIERCE STREET.
BE IT ORDMINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Little Rock Municipal Water Works
is hereby ordered and directed to install two fire hydrants con-
necting to the existing water main in North Pierce Street at the
following locations:
1. Northwest Corner of N.Pierce & "S" Sts., Forest Heights Place
2. Northwest Corner of N.Pierce & "T "St. North, n n n
Section 2. These hydrants are ordered and rates for same
shall govern as set forth in Section 1, Article 3, of Trust In-
denture dated February 1, 1936 and approved by the City Ordinance
No. 5316, passed February 28, 1936, and as amended by City Ordi-
nance No. 5712, passed March 22, 1939, and as amended by City
Ordinance No. 5914, passed June 10, 1940.
Section 3. A free permit is to be granted the Little
Rock Municipal Water Works for the installation of these hydrants.
Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they conflict
with this ordinance.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
