AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF ASPHALT PLANT OPERATOR IN
THE STREET DEPARTMENT AND ASSISTANT LINEMAN IN THE ELECTRIC
DEPARTMENT, FIXING SALARIES FOR THE POSITION SO CREATED, AND FOi
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED,BY THE CITY gQTJN , OF� L,ZTTLI� ROC$,
Section 1. There is hereby created the position of Asphala
Plant Operator in the Street Department. The Asphalt Plant
Operator shall be responsible to the City Engineer.
Section 2. The person'chosen to fill the position created
by Section 1 of this ordinance shall be selected by the Civil
Service Commission in the manner provided by law and shall receive
a salary of One Hundred Dollars (4100.00) per month.
Section 3. There is hereby created the position of Assistant
Lineman who shall be assistant to the lineman in the Electric
Department and shall be responsible to the City Electrician.
Section 4. The person chosen to fill the position created
by Section 3 of this ordinance shall be selected by the Civil
Service Commission in the manner provided by law and shall receive
a salary of Ninety Dollars ($90.00) per month.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
