AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE PAVING WIDTH OF
TWENTY - EIGHT (28) FEET ON JONES STREET FROM
THE NORTH PROPERTY LINEOF WEST SIXTH STREET TO
THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF WEST SEVENTH STREET,
AND ON WEST SIXTH STREET FROM THE WEST PROPERTY
LINE OF JONES STREET TO THE EAST PROPERTY LINE
OF APPIANWAY.
IM CITY COUNCIL OF TER CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The paving width of Jones Street from the
North property line of West Sixth Street to the North property
line of West Seventh Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby fixed and established at twenty -eight (28) feet, the
curbs to be fourteen (14) feet equidistant from the center line
of the present street.
Section 2. The paving width of West Sixth Street
from the West property line of Jones Street to the East property
line of Appianway in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
fixed and established at twenty -eight (28) feet, the curbs to be
fourteen (14) feet equidistant from the center line of the present
street.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
