ORDINANCE NO. 6342
AN ORDINAYCE ACCEPTIFG THE DEDICkTION AS AN ALLEY OF "CERTAIN LANDS
IIJ LOTS A, B, C, AND D OF SHADOWLAWN, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, J. D. Walthour and Hettie Walthour, his wife,
o--- - Worthbn, an .uarri+r parson, -and the "Southern
Company, a corporation have for a valuable consideration
granted, sold and quitclaimed under the City of Little Rock
for use as an alley the following described land situated
in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to -wit:
The east fifteen feet (E•151) of Lots A,
B, C, and D of Shadowlawn, an addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being a strip of land fifteen feet (15,1)
in width extending from Cantrell Road on
the South to Parkway, or Club Road, on
the North. The said property is deeded to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to be
used as an alley.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the lands hereinabove described are
hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Little Rock as
a public alley.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
