AN ORDINANCE A1a$ETDING ORDINANCE NO. 5876, FIXING A LOADING AND
UNLOADING ZONE IN THE THIRTY FOOT SPACE WRST OF THE ALLEY ON WEST
7th STREET BETWEEN SPRING AND BROADZ^IAY IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
r4AKING VIOLATIONS A MISDEJEANOR, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. -When - eiglrx sire- :erected giving notice thereof, the
thirty foot space ar"t of the alley on the %oA,th side of 'lest 7th
Street between Spring and Broadway Streets of the City of Little
Rock is hereby declared to be a loading and unloading zone and
no vehicle shall be parked in said space for any purpose other
than loading and unloading of same.
Section 2. Any violation of Section 1 of this ordinance
shall constitute a misdemeanor and any person found guilty thereof
shall, on conviction in the Little Rock Municipal Court, be fined
in any sum not less than One Dollar (41.00) nor more than Ten
Dollars (410.00)•
Section 3. Ordinance No. 5876 is hereby amedded in conformity
with the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency measure, the necessity thereof being the immediate
preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the citizens
of the City of Little Rock and shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and,approval.
