AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZIAG AND REQUESTING THE MAYOR TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
IN LITTLE ROCK,' ARKANSAS AS A SITE FOR A FIRE STATION,
AND FBR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Oetion 1. The Mayor of the City of Little °Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby authorized and requested to enter into a contract

owner or owners the real property lboated on the Southwest
corner of Twenty Seventh (27th) and Washington Streets,
and described as Lot One (1), Block Four (4) Kinsworthy
Addition to th&rtyundred of Little Rock, Arkansas, for a price
not to exceed fifty dollars (50,00), said
real property to be acquired as a site for a fire station.
