Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock be authovized to advertise for and- accept bids for meats
` required by the Little Rock Public Zoo during the calendar year, 1942.

Section 2. Be it further ordained that this ordinance shall
j be in full force and effect after its passage and approval.
