ORDINANCE LEVYING AN ADDITIOXAL TAR ON THE ASSESSMENT
BENEFITS OF CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEAENT DISTRICT NO. 452
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
47HEREAS the tax levied by Ordinance 4079, entitled "An
ordinance' assessing the value of benefits to-be received by the
owners of. each of the several lots, blocks and parcels of land
within Curb and Gutter Iliprove.<ient District No. 452 of the City
of Little Rock, Arkans4w" passed by the City Council of said City
August 30,'1926 has proven insufficient to pay for the improvewents
madam by said district; and
WIUMEAS the Board of Coy iiissioners has reported the deficiency.
to the..Council and the amount thereof is 03,062.04 plus interest; and
'WHEREAS a total cef 90% of. said assessment of benefits payable
in installments of 6% each on Novesiber 1, of each of the years 1926
tb 1940 inclusive was levied by said Ordinance No. 4079, and there
is now available the remaining 10% of said ae�,essment of benefits
to be levied to pay said defieiency.
NOW THEREFORE, be-it ordained by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the several lots, olocks and parcels of real
sue+ property in said district be assessed according to the assess-
' rent list for said improve %rent district as the same now remains in
- the office of the City Clerk, and as the same may be annually re-
I,. adjusted by the Board of Assessors, and that six pegoentum on each

Section 2. That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinanoes in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, and this
Ordinance shall be in f1ill force end effect from and after its
passage.
