BE IT ORDAINFD BY Tur' CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section.l. The sum of 477.90 is hereby ap ropriated out of

through the calendar year 1936 of any and all claims that said
district may possess against the City of Little Rock or any
property owned by the City of Little Rock:

Section 2. the amount appropriated in Section 1 of this

authorized to issue the warrant of the City in payment of said
amount; said warrant shall be issued upon the express condition
that the amount so paid shall be in full and complete settle-
ment and discharge of any and all claims which said district or
any perscas claiming through or under them may have against the
City of Little rock or any property owned b;:- thy. City of Little
Rock through the calendar year 1936.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
