tiYHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has bought and now owns
certain lands hereinafter described, and
WEEREAS, the United States of America has offered to
build a public health center on said lands, and

BE IT ORDAIP?r:D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCI;_, Al-'KANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby requested
and authorized to convey to the '[..Tnited States of America for
the purpose of constructinE a public health center thereon the
folloTvinf; lands now owned by the City of Little Pock and more
particularly described to -wit:
Lots Ten (10), Eleven (11), and Twelve (12),
Block 135, Ori�ri:cal City of Little Rock.
Section. 2. the immediate construction of a public health
building '::einT of vital concern to the citizens of Little Rock
and intimately related to the public health, safety and welfare,
an emergency is hereby declared. to Exist and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
