BE IT ORDAITTAD BY TT=E' CITY COUTvCIL OF LITTLE ROCT A 1-6F AHSAS:
Section 1. Every person, firm or corporation : ^rho purchases
used or second hand rubber or pneumatic tires shall from and after
i the passage and approval of this ordinance keep a well bound book
and record in said book the serial numbers on all the rubber or
and name of manufacturer of said tires
pneumG -tic tire:/nurchased for resale and sold by said dealer. Said
book shall also record the person or persons from rrhom said tires
were courht and the date thereof and the person or persons to whom
said tires are sold - and the address of such seller and purchaser.
Section 2. Eacn person, firm or corporation suject to the
provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance shall render to the Police
Department a written report, which report shall ce rendered each
month and shall reflect the inforriation conducted in the above mentioned
record book. This report shall be rendered to the Little rock Police
Department not later than the seventh day of the calendar month
followinF the nionth for which the report is rendered.
Section 3. 1` ;ny person, firt:. or corporation -v iolatin- any of

book and the records therein and /or ailing -to render the report in
the fashion described above shall be ^ui1t,T of a misdemeanor, and on
conviction in the Little hock iunicipal Court shall e fined in any
sum not less than Five Dollars (1.5.00) nor more than Five Hundred
Dollars 0500-00); and every day that each violation continues shall
constitute a separate offense.
Section 4. The maintenance of the records mentioned in this
ordinance being intimately connected with the public peace, health
and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordin-
ance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
