AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUDS OF SEVENIHUNDRED SIXTY ONE
DOLLARS AND SEVENTY EIGHT CENTS ('61.70 OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CORRUGATED IRON PIPE AND WATER GATE.
BE IT ORDIINED BY THE C ITY C OUNC IL OF THE C ITY OF LITTLE ROCK.

Section 1. That the sum of Seven* Hundrbd Sixty one dollars
and seventy -eight cents ($761.78) is hereby appropriated out of the
City General Fund for the purchase of one hundred feet (100 ft.)
of thirty -six (36 ") inch, twelve (12) . guage, corrugated iron pipe,
asphalt- coated, two thirty -six inehJ361 , twelve (12) guage, two
foot corrugated iron seeptrings, asphalt - coated, and one thirty -six
(36 ") inch Calco Model 102 Cast steel gate as authorized by-Ordi-
nance #6367.
Section 2. This ordinance being necessary for the public
health and safety, shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and approval.
