AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO DEED TO
THE COMMISSIONERS OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 452 AND CURB
AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 453 CERTAIN LOTS OWNED BY THE
CITY IN CANCELLATION OF A TAX BILL AGAINST THE LOTS; APPROPRIATING
310HT HUNDRED THIRTY THREE DOLLARS AND FOURTEEN CENTS ($833.14)
TO PAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TAXES IN CERTAIN OTHER LOTS OWNED
BY THE CITY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby author-
iced for and in the name and behalf of the City to execute a
quitclaim deed to the Commissioners of Street Improvement
District 452 and Curb and Gutter Improvement District 453 tot he
following property owned by the City:
Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block 26, Cunningham's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lot 3, Block 27, Cunningham's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
That the consideration for the deeds to the property
above described shall be for the cancellation of all improvement
district taxes on the property conveyed, which taxes are now
owed by the City to the two districts.
Section 2. There is hereby,appropriated the sum of
light Hundred Thirty Three Dollars and Fourteen Cents ($833.14)
for the payment of all improvement district taxes less penalties
on Lots 1 and 2, Block 27, Cunningham's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorised to issue the City's warrant to the Commissioners
of Street Improvement District 452 and Curb and Gutter Improvement
District 453 in payment of the tax now owed by the City on the
property described in this section.
