AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD CF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR AND PURCHP SE OF FOUR ONE AND ONE -HALF
TO TWO TON TRUCK CHASIS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TFE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise for bids for and make pur-
chase in the manner provided ty law of four one and one -half to
two ton truck cha sis to be used by the Sanitation Department.
SECTION 2. The purchase authorized in Section 1 of
this ordinance shall be made out of funds realized from the
collection of garbage fees.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
