AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6298 PASSED OCTOBER 6,1941,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the amounts of assessments due Curb and Gutter
Improvement District No. 474 - Annex No. 1 and Street Improve-
Vow No. 475 - Annex No. 1 by the City of Littl a , %� ;40,000
the years 1932 and 1933, were omitted from Ordinance No. 6298
through error, and
WHEREAS, it being the intention of the City Council to
appropriate sufficient funds to-pay any and all claims that
said Districts may possess against the City of Little Rock or any
property owned by the City of Little Rock through the calendar year
1941, NOW
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That section 1 of Ordinance No. 6298 passed by
the City..e�tn+�il of Little Rook, October 6, 19412 be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. The sum of $1,833.00 is hereby appropriated out
of the street and /or auto funds for the payment of the amounts
indicated below to the improvement districts in payment in full
through the calendar year 1941 of any and all claims that said
districts may possess against the City of Little Rock or any
