BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Ordinances #6374 and #6385 are hereby re-

Section 2. The elimination of unnecessary ordinances
and clarification of the laws of this city bsing vital to the
public peace, health and safety, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
From and after its passage and approval.
