AN ORDINANCE FIXING TEE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY, DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1. The salary of the City Attorney is hereby fixed
at Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars (250.00) per month, said sum
to be in addition to whatever amountx are or may be hereafter
appropriated as an expense fund for said office.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect as of and after Monday, April 13, 1942.
Section 3. The efficient operation of the office of the
City Attorney being of vital consequence to the public peace,
health and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist,
and this ordinance shall be in full force-and effect as of and
after April 13, 1942.
