ORDINANCE NO. 6+09
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR AND MAKE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN MATERIALS NEEDED IN THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A GARAGE BUILDING AT THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

to advertise for bids for and make purchase in a manner prescribed
by law of the various materials required in the construction of
a garage building to be located at the Little Rock Municipal
Airport, said materials to be in accordance with the plans and
specifications approved by the Works Progress Administration of
the Federal Government, said plans and specifications now being
on file in the office of the Purchasing Agent of the City of
Little Rock.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
