ORDINANCE NO. b414
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR AND MAKE PURCHASE OF SIX MOTOR CYCLES AND ONE SERVI-
CYCLE FOR THE TRAFFIC BUREAU, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
to advertise -for bids for and make purchase in the
manner provided by law of six motor cycles and one servi -cycle for
the Traffic Bureau.
Section 2. The purchases provided for in Section 1 of this
ordinance shall be made out of the general funds of the City of
Little Rock.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
