AN ORDINANCE CREATING THREE POSITIONS OF REGISTRAR OR CLEARANCE
OFFICER AT THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, FIXING SALARIES FOR
THE POSITIONS CREATED BY THIS ORDINANCE, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
Section 1. There are hereby created three positions of regis-
trars or clearance officers it the Little Rock Municipal Airport
whose duties shall be to keep and maintain records of all plane
flights in and out of the Little Rock Municipal Airport and of the
persons occupying said dines flying in and out of said airport
and to check the licenses of all pilots using the airport, and such
other similar duties as the Manager of the Little Rock Municipal
Airport may designate.
Section 2. The persons who fill the positions created by Section
1 of this ordinance shall be chosen by the Little Rock Civil Service
Commission in the manner provided by law and shall receive a salary
of,$105.00 per month each.
Seetion'34 The protection and efficient administration of the
Municipal Airport being essential to the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
