ORDINANCE NO. 612
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYIEG AND CONFIRMING THE ACTION OF THE :'MAYOR
AND THE CITY CLERK IN CONVEYING CERTAIN LOTS DENTIONED IN ORDINANCE
6387 TO THE COMMISSIONE'.RS OF CURB AND GUTTER DISTRICT #452 AND
THE COMP.ISSIONERS OF STREET IMPROVENENT DISTRICT #453, AI,,ENDING
ORDINANCE 6387, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, it was intended to convey certain lots described in
Ordinance 6387 to the Commissioners of Curb and Gutter Improvement
District 452 and Commissioners of Street Improvement District 453,
and,
WHEREAS, the ordinance directing said conveyance did by error
refer to the Commissioners of said districts as the "Commissioners
of Street improvement District 452 and Curb and Gutter Improvement
-District 453° and,
WHEREAS, the AlAyor and City Clerk have heretofore executed
on April 9, 1942 a deed to the Commissioners of Curb and Gutter
Improvement Listrict 452 and Commissioners of Street Improvement
District 453 and have carried out the purposes of said Ordinance
#6387, and
WHEREAS, it is thought that some confusion in the chain of
title may result, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAIYED BY TAE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The action of the Llayor and City Clerk of the City
of Little Hock in conveying unto the Commissioners of Street Im-
nroveme -at District 453 and Curb and Gutter District 452 and ur_to
their successors and assigns forever, the following lands, lying
and being situate in the County of Pulaski, State of . rrkansas, to -wit:
Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), in Block
Twenty Six (26), Cunningham's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas; Lot Three (3),
Block Twenty Seven (27), Cunningham's Addition
to the City of Little hock, Arkansas.
is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 2. Clarification of all land titles within the City of
Little Rock and the execution of the terms of Ordinance #6387 being
vital to the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared
to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
