AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATE OF RESALE OF ELECTRIC POWER AT
THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT , DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO
EXIST AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

ordinance all electrical power sold by the City of Little Rock
at the Municipal Airport shall be sold at a rate of 31 cents
per kilowatt hour.
SECTION 2. The efficient administration of the
Little Rock Municipal Airport being vital to the public peace,
health and safety an emergency is hereby declared to exist,
and this ordinance shall, be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
