AN ORDINANCE AUTHORI ZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND W.A.KE A CONTRACT FCR THE WATER PROOFING
OF THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT,
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY 0000 L OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for bids and make a contract for the
.water proofing of the AdministrRtion Building at the Little
Rock Municipal Airport.
SECTION 2. The expense of the contract mentioned
in Section 1 of this ordinance shall be paid out of the
Airport Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. The efficient administration of the
Little Rock Municipal Airport being vital to the public peace,
health and safety an emergency is hereby declared to exist,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
