AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT CF MATURING PRINCIPAL, SEF.I- ANNVAL
INTEREST AND SERVICE CHARGES ON MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BONDS, LIBRARY ANNEX
BONDS, AND NEGRO RECREATION PARK BONDS, ISSUES OF FEBRUARY 1ST, 1937;
N:AKING APPROPRIATIONS THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Municipal
Auditorium Bond Fund the sum of Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-
three and 40 /100 ($19,993.40) Dollars for the following indebtedness of
the City of Little Rock due and payable at the office of the Chase
National Bank of New York City on August 1st, 1942:
Maturing Principal, Municipal Auditorium Bonds. • ....$11,000.00
Semi- annual interest . ............................... 8,960.00
Paying Agent's Charges on principal ................. 11.00
Paying Agent's Charges on interest .................. 22.40

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the Library
Annex Bond Fund the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred Forty -six and 50/100
($1,946.50) Dollars for the following indebtedness of the City of Little
Rock due and payable at the office of the Chase National Bank on August
1st, 1942:
Maturing Principal, Library Annex Bonds. .............$1, 00.00
Semi- annual interest .. ............................... 440.00
Paying Agent's Charges on principal .................. 1.50

SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the Negro Park
Bond Fund the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty -six and No /100
($1,266.00) Dollars for the following indebtedness of the City of Little
Rock due and payable at the office of the Chase National Bank on August
1st, 1942:
Maturing Principal, Negro Park Bonds................. $1,000.00
Semi - annual interest .. ............................... 260.00
Paying Agent's Che.rges on principal .................. 1.00
Baying Agent's Charges on interest................... 5.000

SECTION 4. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Little Rock
are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants for the amounts and on
the funds of the City herein recited; and the City Clerk is hereby author-
ized to make such arrangements as are necessary for the transmittal of
these funds to the Chase National Bank of New York City to meet the due
date of August lst, 1942 of said maturing principal, semi - annual interest
and paying agent's fees.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
