Section I. the City Lngineer is hereby directed and authorized
to issue a permit for the erection of a canopy across the sidewalk
in front of the entrance now located at 428 Louisiana Street in the
City of Little i.ock; and the City Engineer is further directed to
allow persons exmrcisinr tile perr.it provided in this ordinance to
place standards or supports in tr_e sidewalk at any place or places
agreed, upon by the City Engineer and the person or persons exercising
said permit.
Section 2. !his ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
