OF BRICKHOUSE AND CASTLE'S DIGEST OF TFE ORrIXANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, DECLARING AN EIMERrENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAI" ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LI' -'TLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That gertion of the ordinance-of February 6, 1861
as amended December 12, 1873, and further identified as being Rule `
42 under Section 407 of Brickhouse and Castle's Digest of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby repealed.
Section 2• The clarification of the rules -overning the trans-
action of the business of the City Council being vital to the public
peace,health and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
