BE IT ORDAINED BY EE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE `:LOCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Vvhen sins are erected giving notice thereof, the
following, spaces on the hereinafter designated streets of the City
of Little Rock are declared to be passenger zones; and no person
shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose for a period of
time other than for the expeditious loading or unloading of passers! -ers
in said zones when the regulations applicable to such passenger zones
are effective, and then only for a period not to exceed three minutes,
the zones created by this ordinance bein. as follows:

Peginning at the northwest corner of the intersection
of Center and Third Streets in the City of Little
Rock, thence west forty (40) feet alon7 the north
side of Third Street to the point of beginning, thence
west along the north side of Third Street to the alley
as the terminus of the zone created hereunder.
Beginning at the southwest corner of lvarkham and
Spring Streets, thence running twenty (20) feet south
on the west side of Springy; Street to the point of
beginning, thence continuing south on the west side
of Spring Street a distance of seventy Five (75) feet
to the terminus of the zone created hereby. .
Beginning at the northwest corner of the,,►intersection
of Louisiana Street and vest Capitol Avenue in the
City of Little hock, running north along the west side
of Louisiana Street twenty (20) feet to the point of
beginning, thence north along the ,vest side of Louisiana
Street thirty five (35) feet to the terminus of the
zone created hereunder.
Section 2• Any violation of Section 1 of this ordinance shall
stitute a misdemeanor and any person found muilty thereof shall,
conviction, be fined in any sum not less than One Dollar (41.00)
more than Ten Dollars (,10.00) .
Section 3. Ordinance +5876 is hereby amended in conformity with
the provisions of Sectionsl and 2 of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
measure, the necessity thereof being the immediate preservation of
the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of Little
hock and shall be in full force and effect from end after its passage
-and approval.
