AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE FOR AND MAKE PURCHASE OF A PORTABLE
ROCK CRUSHER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
;Section 1. The Board o£ Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise for bids for and make purchase of, in
the manner provided by law, one portable rock crusher (90 % 16*)
or its equivalent.
The crusher authorized above may be either new
or second -hand, as the discretion of the Boerd of Public Affairs
shall determine.
Section 2:. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
