ORDINANCE NO. 6480
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS OUT OF
THE AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND TO BE EXPENDED IN THE PUR-
CHASE OF CERTAIN LANDS FOR THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, DIRECT- E
ING THE ISSUANCE OF A WARRANT THEREFOR, DECLARING AN#
EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPONESs
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1: The sum of Three Hundred Dollars,is hereby ap-
propriated out of the Airport Construction Fund for use in aoquir-
ing the following lands for the Little Rock Municipal Airport, said
lands being more particularly described as follows
North 55 feet of Lots 17 and 18, Block 12, Factoria Third
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,Arkansas.
SECTION 2: In as much as said lands are now in process of
dondemnation in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, the Mayor
and City Clerk are directed to issue the warrant of the city in
said amount, drawn on said fund, payable to the Circuit Clerk of
Rulaski County to be held by him subject to the orders of the
Pulaski Circuit Court in said condemnation action.
SECTION 3t The rapid completion of all phases of the con-
struotion of the Municipal Airport and various items thereto
being vital to the peace, health and safety an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
