AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1000.00 OUT OF THE GENERAL FUNDS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR PAYMENT TO THE RAT CONTROL
FUND OF GREATER LITTLE ROCK; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. The sum of $1000.00 is hereby appropriated
out of the general funds of the City of Little Rook for
payment to the Rat Conttol Fund of Greater Little Rook; sn d
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the
warrant of the city in said *mount to the payee named above,
Section 2. The eradication of rats and the control of
diseases spread by rats being vital to the public peace, health
and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
