CITY WARRANT TO GEORG$ H. BURDEN COMPANY, AS PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR
WORK DONE ON GOLF CLUB HOUSE BUILDING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and direoted
to issue City warrant in the sumof $8114.34, dtawn on the Golf Club
House Constr *ction Fund, payable to George H. Burden Company, the
said amount representing seventy per pent (70%) of oonstruotion
price of $12,879.90 for oonstruotion of City Golf Club House building,
less ten per pent (10% )retained.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and affect
from and after itfs passage and approval.
