AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TWO WE,.-KS VACATION WITH PAY TO
THE FORMER FIRST ASSISTANT CHIER OF THE LITTLE ROCK
FIRE DEPARTMENT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the former first assistant chief of the Little
Rock fire department has served the city of Little Rook as an
employee for many years and has performed his duties with
efficiency and fidelity, and
WHEREAS, said former first assistant chief has earned
% vacations in the past which had not been taken by him and,
WHEREAS, the said former first assistant chief has applied
for retirement.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: B. S. Harmon,Farmer First Assistant Chief of
the Little Rock fire department, is hereby granted two weeks
vaeation1with pay, and the Chief of the Fire Department is directed
It to carry the name of Chief Harmon on the rolls of the Fire Department
for an additional two weeks subsequent to the retirement of the said
chief from the Little Rook Fire Department.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
